The client operates 21 motorcycle retail stores across California, Oregon, and Washington, plus 4 test-ride and helmet rental centers serving over 1,200 riders weekly. Each center manages 200–300 DOT-approved helmets in daily rotation, so the same helmets are cleaned and reused multiple times per day. Manual alcohol spray cleaning created inconsistent sanitation, high labor costs, and faster liner wear, while also increasing Cal/OSHA exposure risk.
We supplied 16 units of our commercial helmet sanitizer machine as a pilot batch, with 4 units installed per rental center. Each machine was customized for the US market with UL-certified components, overload and leakage protection, dual UVC and ozone disinfection, and an 8-minute automated cycle. We also provided formaldehyde-free, low-VOC detergent, English manuals, sanitation logs, and maintenance guides.
