Our 500 kg/h pasta production line processes wheat and corn flours into various pasta shapes, such as macaroni, fusilli, shell pasta, and penne. This complete pasta making line covers mixing, forming, cutting, drying, and cooling. This stable pasta line has been put into use in Germany, France, the UK, the USA, South Africa, and Poland.
First, the mixer blends raw materials evenly. Then the screw feeder sends the mixture to the single screw extruder. The extruder cooks and shapes the dough under high temperature and pressure. Next, the cutting machine cuts pasta to the required length. A hoister lifts the wet pasta into the drying oven. After drying, a cooling conveyor reduces the product temperature. Finally, you get dry pasta ready for packing.
